Saul Bass was a Jewish-American graphic designer and was also a well known filmmaker. He was bored May 8th 1920 and died April 25th 1996. He was born in New York City and studied at the Art Students League in Manhattan.
Saul Bass was well known for his design on animated motion picture title sequences. His career lasted 40 years during which he worked with Alfred Hitchcock, Otto Perminger, Martain Scorses and Stanley Kubrick. Saul Bass designed the AT&T’s globe logo as well as the sixth AT&T Bell System logo. He also designed the most recognised airline logo of the 1970s with wat the continental Airline jet stream logo.
